This year we are taking children’s hats off the paper and making them real. Volunteer to take HATS OFF and showcase the design process from idea to creation.
The Oxford Fiber Festival asked dozens of kids to design some pretty awesome, knitted hats. Now we are asking creators and makers to take those drawings and turn them into real hats.
Volunteer to complete your chosen hat and mail it to Oxford by November 1st where we will showcase the design process in a gallery show throughout November and December.
Pick a hat below and email Stacey at Stacey@AllYallFiber.org. You promised to interpret and complete the hat and mail it to Oxford by November 1st. We promised to handle it with care, hang the show, and return the hat to you or the kid who designed it.
